How does the electronic oscillating massage work?return to top 
The oscillating massage bed has 5 massage zones (head, shoulder, back, buttocks, legs) with 6 intensity adjustable oscillating (vibrating) electronic segments (massage engines). The vibration will relax your muscles. You can adjust the intensity or turn individual zones off. There are 6 different programs to chose from, and each program will automatically shut-off after 15 minutes.

How often can I use the massage bed?return to top 
You can use the full-body massage pad as often as you like. If you use it daily, you should not do more than one session at 15 minutes. If you have not used it before, it is recommended to start with a low intensity for the vibrating segments, especially for the head and shoulder sections. You might want to turn the head section off initially to test. The massage bed is pretty powerful.

Who should NOT use the massage mattress?return to top 
Warning: Breast feeding/nursing mothers, pregnant women, and anybody suffering from acute illnesses need to consult a doctor before using the massage mattress. Also, the massage mattress is designed for people with up to 275 pounds of body weight (approx. 125 Kg).

How can I clean the massage mat?return to top 
The mattress is made of man-made leather and best cleaned with a damp sponge or towel with a non-aggressive cleaning agent.

Where can I use the massage bed?return to top 
The massage bed is designed for INDOOR USE ONLY. Also, as with any electrical appliance, the massage mattress should be kept dry and away from water.

How can I store the massage bed?return to top 
You can simply fold it and store it in the provided storage bag. This way nothing gets lost or dirty. Store the device in a dry indoor area.

Where is the electronic massage bed produced?return to top 
The CINO oscillating massage bed is produced and tested in Germany. It is a high-quality product and comes with 2 years of limited warranty.

What if the massage pad does not work?return to top 
You should first check if all the cables are properly connected and the wall plug is actually serving power. In the rare occasion that the massage bed is indeed not working properly please contact us for RMA/repair/replacement options. The massage mattress is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
